Adventure Games for your iPhone

By Thom Yarbrough

If you loved playing video games as a kid, then surely by now you've downloaded numerous games to play on your iPhone. Back in those days, there were very few interesting hand held games and those also dwindled in number and soon there was only the irritating tetris game that had hooked many people. But those days are pass. Now is the era of the iPhone and the range of amazing and fantastic visually rich games for you to play on it. This is true gaming rapture and even if you were never really much into these kind of things before, you'll soon be drawn into this exciting whirlpool of games.

iDare: Watch out, or that knife is gonna stab your finger. Ouch! Five finger fillet is much more fun when played on the iPhone because you're the stabber and not the stabbee. Stop smiling and check out this cool game where you have to tap a pointed pencil between the five virtual fingers and make sure you don't hit the finger by mistake. Tap faster and you're score runs up, but be careful, if you stab the finger, you'll be rewarded with a scream and a drop in scores that will leave you tapping harder indeed.

Pirates Lite: Ever harbored a secret fantasy to be a pirate and to plunder ships? Well, tough luck, because being a pirate is illegal! But it's not if you're going to become one on the Pirates Lite game on your iPhone! Steer your ship across the treacherous seas, defeat your enemies who are constantly prowling to defeat you. Steal gold from ships and upgrade yours or simply take out all your opponents from their ship. Once they're all gone, go aboard and get out all their treasures! Ooh! Sounds like a fun game for the iPhone!

Buckingham Palace: Hidden Mysteries Lite If you've always been fascinated with Buckingham Palace and would like to know more about this princely abode, then try this game. It's really cool. You have to search for hidden day to day objects in the surroundings of the palace or within it. Objects to look for are very interesting, such as thermometer, pencil, life vest and numerous other things which you would not normally connect with the palace. Sharpens your observation powers for sure!

iDracula Lite: Hunt down all the monsters in this game, but it isn't as easy as it sounds. That's because this version of the game starts with monsters that are strong and powerful and a supply of ammo that is fast dwindling if you're not careful. Battle with witches, werewolves and Dracula and defeat them, or you'll be their prey. Doesn't sound like a fun way to spend your time, but surprisingly most people are hooked to this game!
